The costs of participation in the seminar depend on whether you participate in only iaido or both iaido and jodo as well as on the time and method of payment. As we want to encourage advance payment by transfer, those who pay using this method will get a discount.

If you wish to participate in just the iaido seminar and taikai
cash at the venue: € 70.00     advance payment: € 60.00

If you wish to participate in both the iaido and jodo seminars and taikai
cash at the venue: € 130.00     advance payment: € 110.00


IaidoThe iaido tournament will include matches in the following seven categories: mudan (including ikkyu), shodan, nidan, sandan, yondan, godan and rokudan.

The pool matches will consist of three kata, with torei performed outside the shiaijo. The knockout matches will have five kata instead of three, whilst the torei will still be outside the shiaijo.
The finals will take place at the end of the day. These matches will also have five kata and will include both beginning and ending torei within the shiaijo. Please be aware of the fact that timekeeping will be enforced for these matches.
